This policy explains how Puerto Rican Mami AI handles account information and media used to create dance videos.

What we collect

We process your account email, uploaded portraits and reference videos, generation results, credit balance, payment status and limited technical information used to operate the service and prevent abuse. Card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored by this site.

Who processes it

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. When live generation is enabled, media and instructions are sent to Yir and its selected model provider. Stripe processes payments. Optional Google sign-in shares account identity. We do not sell your uploaded media.

How long we keep it

Media and job records remain in service storage until removed by the operator or an account deletion request, except records needed for legal, fraud or billing obligations. This version has no automatic media-expiry guarantee. Contact support to request media or account deletion.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect guest usage limits and remember language and attribution choices. Generator drafts may be stored in your browser session. Analytics, if configured, are described here before activation.

Your choices

Use only photos and clips you have permission to process. This service is for adults aged 18 and over. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
