These terms govern use of Puerto Rican Mami AI and its AI-assisted dance-video tools.

What the service is

The service combines your portraits with a motion reference to request an AI video. Results can vary and may contain artifacts or fail to preserve likeness, motion, duration or audio. No result, completion time or social-media performance is guaranteed.

Your content

You retain your rights to your uploads. You grant only the processing permission needed to deliver the service. Upload only adult subjects with permission and media you own or are licensed to use. Do not create harassment, sexual content, impersonation or misleading evidence. Clearly identify realistic synthetic videos as AI-generated when sharing.

Credits and payments

A generation costs the credits displayed before submission. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic subscription and no stated credit expiry. Prices are in USD unless displayed otherwise. Failed or canceled jobs return credits under the shared job settlement rules. See /refunds for purchase-refund requests.

No warranty

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of fitness or uninterrupted operation. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Material changes will be reflected in the updated policy date. Contact support before relying on a result for commercial or sensitive use.
